Three Thousand Stitches: Ordinary People, Extraordinary Lives.

I admire reading Sudha Murty books. I read her previous books which were wise and otherwise, the day I stopped drinking milk and many more. Sudha Murty is a gem for India, a gifted writer and an inspiration to the youth. Each chapter in this book, unfolds and teaches me a lesson about life. Three Thousand Stitches is a collection of different stories from Sudha Murthy's life. The book covers a lot of places and events which shaped her life. I have learned some lessons from this book and understood what our society assumes about different people. I often wonder what exactly life expects of us and then I realize that my answer is lying in the question itself. It is always what we expect of our life and the way we want to live it and I got this learning from this book.
