Palace of Illusion: A Power Voice.

I am sure that at some point or other you have seen/read Mahabharat. if no, then here is some context. Mahabharat is a war which took place between the Kauravas and the Pandavas.

The palace of Illusion shows the viewpoint of Draupadi in Mahabharat. The story is compelling as no one in Mahabharat has taken the take of a woman on this. She talks and expresses her whole life and regrets some of her decisions that will haunt her forever. She also includes other characters who have been portrayed very differently. Though this story is completely fictional it doesn't give us a hint also.

I feel everyone should read this book as to gain insight about Draupadi's life. It is fictional but it adds to what we hear and see about Mahabharat. I personally felt there is a good need to write such books. The way this book is written and describes is very good.
